Installation & Recycling

We want you to be up and running with your new appliance as quickly as possible. That’s why, when your new product is delivered, we also provide services to install, remove and recycle.


  • After you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you by text, email or phone to complete a short pre-installation survey to ensure your delivery and installation is a success.
  • Once you proceed to checkout, you can book a delivery / installation date that suits you.
  • On your day of delivery, you’ll receive a text message to confirm the 4-hour window when the installation team arrive, and we’ll call again to let you know when we’re en route to your property.
  • If you opt for installation, our team will deliver and install your new product all in one visit.

Disconnection and recycling

  • For any integrated appliance or any type of cooker, we’ll disconnect your old appliance as part of the service.
  • For freestanding washing machines, dishwashers, or if you select our ‘recycling only’ service, you must disconnect your old appliance and empty it of any water.
  • For freestanding fridges or freezers, you'll need to disconnect, defrost and empty any water.
