Sometimes our stock sells super-fast - especially during busy times like the festive season, or when particular products are very popular. So, very occasionally, we may confirm an order and then find out afterwards that we don't have the stock to fulfil it. This may result in you receiving an order cancellation notification, without you wanting to cancel it. In this case, the best thing to do is get in touch and we'll do our best to help get things sorted.
