Can I return or exchange my Tu Clothing item if I bought it on argos.co.uk?

If you bought your Tu Clothing on this site, our returns policy is mostly the same as any other Argos item…here's what you need to know:

  • You have up to 30 days to return the item(s).
  • The item(s) must be new and unused, with the tags intact and (ideally) in the original delivery packaging.
  • You'll need to have proof of purchase such as your delivery note or your confirmation email.

Then, you've got 2 ways to return your Tu Clothing order:

Either...return it free of charge to any Argos store or Collection Point inside Sainsbury’s, with your delivery note. Find your nearest store here.

Or, repackage the item(s) you want to return and post it back with the completed returns form. Return postage costs £3.50 and we'll deduct the postage cost from your refund amount (unless of course it's faulty).

If you no longer have the returns form, or the form is damaged, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:

  • Your order number.
  • A copy of your confirmation email.

The refund amount will be returned to the card you paid with and this normally takes 3-5 days of us receiving the goods. We'll also send you an email to confirm this.

And what about exchanges?

At the moment we can't offer exchanges either in-store or by post. So the best thing to do is to return it and re-order a replacement separately.

A couple of things to note…

* If you had your order delivered, we can't come back to collect it for a return or exchange…you'll need to take it back to a store (for free) or return it via post (costs £3.50).
  • We can't accept returns or exchanges on certain items such as jewellery or underwear… for obvious reasons.

What if it’s faulty?

* We’ll happily refund the item if it’s faulty. This doesn't include wear and tear.

** If you’ve had your item(s) for less than 30 days…**

Return it free of charge to any Argos store or Collection Point inside Sainsbury's. We're sorry, we can't offer an exchange, but you can follow the same steps as a normal return and get a replacement by placing a new order.

If you’ve had it for more than 30 days… up to 12 months...

Just pop into the same store where you originally collected your order with the delivery note or your confirmation email and have a chat with one of our colleagues.
