Can I return or exchange my Tu item if I bought it on

If you bought a Tu item on this site, then our returns policy is mostly the same as for any other Argos item…

We'll still take it back up to 30 days after you bought it. As long it's still in sellable condition (with the tags intact) and you have proof of purchase (ie. the delivery note or your confirmation email).

Then, you've got two ways to return your Tu item…

  1. Take it back to any Argos store, including Collection Points inside Sainsbury's. Find your nearest store here.
  2. Or post it back using the returns label provided - we'll deduct the postage cost from your refund amount (unless of course it's faulty).

And what about exchanges…?

At the moment we can't complete exchanges either in-store or by post. So the best thing to do is to return it and re-order a replacement separately.

A couple of things to note…

If you had it delivered, we can't come back to collect it for a return or exchange… you'll need to take it back to a store or return it via post.

We can't accept returns or exchanges on certain items such as jewellery or underwear… for obvious reasons.

Christmas gift returns

We've extended our returns window over Christmas. Items purchased from 11 October 2018 can be returned up until 25 January 2019.
