Large item delivery
We deliver large items to most of the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. There are, however, a few areas we still can’t deliver to including the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Orkney, western Scottish highlands and the Shetland Islands.
Our next-day service is available across most of the UK mainland. Unfortunately, though, we aren’t able to offer this service in Northern Ireland. Just enter your postcode on the page of your chosen product to find out if it qualifies.
We can only deliver items to a room of your choice providing our drivers feel there are no health and safety issues, like a staircase that’s too narrow or a danger of damage to your property.
During delivery trial periods some delivery options and prices may change. You’ll be able to see any delivery charges before you pay at the checkout.
Fast Track items
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Fast Track offer at any time.
Our Fast Track delivery service covers 90% of UK postcodes. To check if we deliver to your area, just choose the item you want online and make sure it’s accompanied by our Fast Track logo.
Please note – the collection time in your confirmation email is subject to store opening hours.
If you don’t collect your Fast Track collection order from our store within 7 days, we’ll give you a full refund. This should arrive in your account within 5-7 days.
