You can re-arrange your delivery slot in the following ways:
We’re on the phone: 7am-10pm every day
We’re on Live Chat: 7am-9.45pm every day
We can usually leave small items (anything that can be carried by 1 person, like a toaster) with your neighbour or in a safe place. If that’s what you’d like, simply tell us at the Checkout when we ask for your special delivery instructions.
If it’s a large item (anything that must be carried by more than 1 person, like a sofa) someone needs to be in to receive it as we won’t be able to leave it with your neighbour or in a safe space. Our delivery people will carefully carry it right to your room. But again, do Live Chat us if you have any issues.
