Oops - I've lost my receipt. Can you send me another one?

Don’t worry – you don't need another receipt. One of the following will do nicely:

  • confirmation email
  • bank statement
  • or you could always give your order number if you have it handy

Ooh, and don't forget we offer e-receipts too. So next time you buy something in-store, just ask for one and you'll never lose your receipt again.
