Our Argos stores, Argos stores in Sainsbury's supermarkets and Sainsbury's collection points are operating as normal. To keep our customers and colleagues safe there are some small changes that you will notice in store.

Following guidelines, we have made some changes to our stores:
In England - from Monday 19 July all Argos stores are open for the collection of pre-paid online orders, in-store shopping and returns.
In Wales – from Monday 12 April, all Argos stores are open for the collection of pre-paid online orders, in-store shopping and returns.
In Scotland - from Monday 26 April, all Argos stores are open for the collection of pre-paid online orders, in-store shopping and returns.
In Northern Ireland In Northern Ireland - from Friday 30 April, all Argos stores are open for the collection of pre-paid online orders, in-store shopping and returns.

Absolutely, you can continue to shop online as normal. When you're ready to checkout, follow the instructions to choose our home delivery option or pick up at your nearest available collection point. If you are coming into store to collect, we recommend doing so whilst picking up your essential food shopping. We have also made some changes to our stores, which you can find here.
Due to high demand, we’re unable to reserve items. Please place and pay for your order online, you can then select home delivery or in-store collection. If you are coming into store, please note that for the safety of our customers and colleagues we are limiting the number of customers allowed in at any one time. You therefore may need to queue before entering to collect your Argos order.

We’re currently experiencing high demand across a number of categories. As a result, we have fewer delivery slots available. We’re working hard across all sites to help customers get what they need at this time.
We are still offering home delivery for many of our items, including our pre-ordered consoles. You’ll receive a text from us nearer the date of delivery to remind you as well as a tracking number from the courier before delivery too.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep in a safe and sensible location, and large items will be taken to your room of choice where it’s safe to do so. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day, to discuss delivering your large items - if you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date.

In England, Scotland and Wales, you can book our installation and recycling service for washing machines, washer dryers, dishwashers and freestanding cookers. You’ll have the option to add this when you place your order. We can also take away and recycle your old mattress when we deliver your new one.

In England, Scotland and Wales, there are no impacts to the items we can currently install. You will be contacted closer to your delivery date with an estimated delivery time and tracking information.

In England, Scotland and Wales, you can book this service when choosing to have your new washing machine, washer dryer, dishwasher or freestanding cooker delivered and installed - you'll be able to select this option when you add the item to your trolley. We can also take away and recycle your old mattress when we deliver your new one.

Please note, collection points at Sainsbury’s supermarkets are unable to accept any returns, and no stores can accept returns of large items at this time.

If your policy expired or is expiring during a lockdown after December 2020, don’t worry. We have extended these policies so that you will have time to make any claims you require once the national lockdown is lifted. You can therefore still make a claim if you need to, subject to meeting the terms and conditions as shown in your policy document. Click here for more information.

Tu click and collect deliveries are taking slightly longer than anticipated and it may take 2 days for your order to arrive in store. We will let you know by email once your order is ready for collection.

If your item is faulty or damaged, it can often be easily repaired, or you might just need some advice to get it working again. You can get all the help you need by visiting our Support Site
Following recent guidelines, we have made some changes to our stores. Due to this, any orders placed for collection to impacted stores may have been cancelled. If your order has been affected, you will be notified via text and/or email. If you’ve pre-paid, a refund will be issued, which will appear in your account within 5-7 working days. You can re-place your order online and select home delivery.
If you have already paid for your order, a refund would have been issued. Please allow 5-7 working days for this to appear in your account.
If your chosen Argos store is open, you will have 7 days, from ordering, to collect your item(s). If your chosen store has closed due to recent guidelines, you will be notified by email or text that your order has been cancelled and that a refund will be issued.
