Following guidelines, we have now opened a number of our stores. Please follow official guidelines for your local area, and wear a face covering when shopping in our stores in England and Scotland. Thank you for helping us keep our customers and colleagues safe. Check our store locator to get an update on your nearest stores.

You can order and pay in-store, but to keep your visit as short and safe as possible, we recommend you purchase your items online, for collection in store. Or you can order online for fast home delivery.

Please note, for the safety of our customers and colleagues, we are limiting the number of customers in all our stores. You therefore may need to queue before entering.

    Home delivery update

Delivery of larger items is now available, allowing us to deliver to your room of choice where it’s safe to do so. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day to discuss delivering your order. If you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date. Our recycling service is still unavailable, so we’re unable to take away any old appliances or mattresses at this time. Visit here for more details.

For smaller items available with same day Fast Track delivery, you can choose from three delivery slots (7am-1pm, 2pm-6pm, 7pm-11pm). See our FAQs page for more details.

          Returns update

To avoid any non-essential journeys, we have extended our returns policy. Purchases made between 1 March 2020 and 15 July 2020 can be returned on or before 15 August 2020. For purchases made on or after 15 July 2020, our standard T&Cs apply.

You can return to any open Argos store, or Argos store within a Sainsbury’s - visit our store locator to find your nearest option. In line with our returns policy, any products you return will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

For any queries regarding service impacts, please see our FAQs here.

Many of you will be spending more time at home right now

Here are some ideas to help you stay entertained and active.

              Get the games started

Inspire a little family competition with a games night! Dig out those family classics or try something new  - the great thing about board games is that the whole family can get involved. Jigsaw puzzles are also a fun way to while away an evening. You'll soon be addicted to finding that last piece!

                Burn off some energy

Keep your wellbeing in check by planning in some ways to get active. Usually a gym bunny? Check out these tips for setting up your own home gym space. Need something for kids? If you've got a little outdoor space, take a look at trampolines, space hoppers and other outdoor toys.

                Learn something new

Discover talents you didn't know you had or challenge yourself to try something new, like learning a new language (you'll find lots of apps and online resources on the web). Other ideas include picking up a musical instrument or trying something arty and crafty.

                  Time for a tidy up

Tick off that to-do list, tackle jobs around the home and refresh your space. It’s good for your mind (and home) to have a good clear out, and get around to those DIY jobs you keep meaning to finish. Check out our helpful DIY advicedeclutter guide and storage ideas to get you started.

                    Start a movie marathon

Who doesn’t love a duvet day? Lazing around in your comfys (or staying in your PJs), grabbing some snacks and snuggling on the sofa to watch your favourite films. Or how about starting a new TV series to binge on? Have a look at our DVDs for the latest releases.

                      Baking equipment and inspiration.

                      Bake something
