Our latest updates
Keeping you in the know
Following guidelines, we have made changes across our stores for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
To avoid any non-essential journeys, we’ve also extended our returns policy – any purchases made from 18 October 2020 can be returned up to 24 January 2021. Item(s) purchased before 18 October 2020, will still fall within our usual 30 days returns guarantee.
Please read below for the latest updates for stores in your area, returning items and our Click & Collect service. You can also continue to order online for doorstep delivery.
If you are an Argos Card customer, please click here for the latest COVID19 updates.
You can read the latest letter from our CEO Simon Roberts here.
We are working hard to ensure we are offering the best service possible during this time, and we thank you for helping us keep our customers and colleagues safe.
Changes to our stores...
Please note, for the safety of our customers and colleagues, we are limiting the number of customers in our stores and you may need to queue before entering. We're busiest between 3-5pm but less so at the start and end of the day. You will also need to wear a face covering and follow the social distancing recommendations. To keep your visit as safe and short as possible, we encourage you to collect or return any items whilst doing your essential food shopping. And remember, our extended returns policy means you don’t need to return items until 24 January 2021.
