Our Argos stores, Argos stores in Sainsbury's supermarkets and Sainsbury's collection points are operating as normal. To keep our customers and colleagues safe there are some small changes that you will notice in store. These include the wearing of face coverings and hand sanitising stations. Please see below for more information.

Changes to our stores...
- Face Coverings: Please wear a face covering if you can when visiting store.
- Safe Distance: Please try to keep a safe distance from other customers and from our colleagues when you are doing your shop.
- Hand sanitising stations: hand sanitising stations are still available in all of our stores for your use. If you are visiting a store or collection point inside a Sainsbury's store, you'll be able to find hand sanitising facilities at the entrance to the supermarket.
- Collection points in Sainsbury's supermarkets: Collection points within Sainsbury's supermarkets (usually located near customer services) can only accept orders collected from a Sainsbury's collection point.

Whilst in-store
To keep your visit as safe and short as possible, here's what you'll need to do:
- Pay for your order online.
- Choose home delivery where you can.
- Or collect from any of our Argos stores, Argos stores in Sainsbury's supermarkets or Sainsbury's collection points.
- Please wear a face covering if you can when visiting store.
- Please try to keep a safe distance from other customers and from our colleagues when you are doing your shop.
- Hand sanitiser stations will be available for your use as you enter.

Paying in-store
All Argos stores and Argos stores inside a Sainsbury's supermarket are open as usual.
Please wear a face covering if you can when visiting store.

Click & Collect update
All Argos stores are open for the collection of pre-paid online orders.
Please wear a face covering if you can when visiting store.

Returns update
Item(s) can be returned to any Argos store, Argos stores in Sainsbury's supermarkets and Sainsbury's collection points in line with our returns policy.

Home delivery update
Delivery of larger items is available in England, Scotland and Wales, allowing us to deliver to your room of choice where it’s safe to do so. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day to discuss delivering your order. If you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date.
We are currently experiencing high demand for large item delivery. If there is a delay to your delivery, we will message you as early as possible. We are working hard to offer our customers the best service we can and thank you for your continued patience and support.
For smaller items available with Fast Track delivery, choose from a choice of time slots.

Installation & recycling update
You can still book our installation and recycling service on washing machines, washer dryers, dishwashers and freestanding cookers. We can also take away and recycle your old mattress when we deliver your new one.
