Following guidelines, we have opened a number of our stores for the collection of pre-paid online orders. We will continue to open more stores over the coming weeks. You can use the store locator to get updates on your nearest stores. The Argos website is open as usual and still offering fast delivery.

Argos stores in Sainsbury’s supermarkets are also open for the collection of pre-paid online orders. Please note, for the safety of our customers and colleagues, we are limiting the number of customers in our stores. You therefore may need to queue before entering to collect your Argos order.

    Home delivery update.

    Home delivery update

Delivery of larger items to your doorstep is now available. Our friendly drivers will contact you on the day to discuss delivering your order safely. If you are self-isolating, please make us aware so we can rearrange your delivery date. Our recycling service is still unavailable, so we’re unable to take away any old appliances or mattresses at this time. Visit here for more details.

For smaller items available with same day Fast Track delivery, you can choose from three delivery slots (7am-1pm, 2pm-6pm, 7pm-11pm). See our FAQs page for more details.

      Installation & recycling update

You can book our installation and recycling service on washing machines, washer dryers and dishwashers.

We have temporarily removed our installation and recycling services for our other home appliances, but are working to have these back up and running in the coming weeks.

Check our FAQs for more details.

        Paying in-store update

While our Argos stores in Sainsbury’s supermarkets are still open, we’ve temporarily closed our in-store pay points.

You can still arrange to pick up your order in person, but you'll need to have already paid for it online.

Please note, for the safety of our customers and colleagues, we are limiting the number of customers in our stores. You therefore may need to queue before entering Sainsbury’s to collect your Argos order.

          Returns update

To avoid any non-essential journeys, we have extended our returns policy. Any purchases made from 1 March 2020, can be returned up to 30 days from our standalone stores reopening.

You can return to any open Argos store, or Argos store within a Sainsbury’s - visit our store locator to find your nearest option. In line with our returns policy, any products you return will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Tick off that to-do list, tackle jobs around the home and refresh your space. Who doesn’t love a duvet day? Lazing around in your comfys (or staying in your PJs), grabbing some snacks and snuggling on the sofa to watch your favourite films. Or how about starting a new TV series to binge on? Have a look at our DVDs for the latest releases.
