You don’t need tons of space to get a great workout in at home. Grab a skipping rope and a bit of floor space and you can get a fat-blasting workout in that is also great for your stamina, coordination and strengthens your core. If you’ve got some extra space, like a spare room, then you can set-up a fully-fledged gym in your home.

Even if you’re not looking to add slabs of muscle, working with weights is good for everybody as it helps to strengthen your body and also helps to burn fat. For cardio sessions get one of our treadmills or exercise bikes, which have built-in workout programmes, heart rate monitors and other features to help you with your workout. And be sure to grab one of our yoga mats to make post-workout stretching more comfortable.
To help you monitor your performance we also stock pedometers, which will help you make sure you’re getting plenty of movement in. Or you can go more fully featured and get a fitness tracker which will log your heart rate, calorie burn and more and sync to an app which will give you reports on your progress and even offer workout routines for you to follow along with.
