If you need to keep your pet secured in one room, dog gates can help. A quick-to-install doorway barrier separates dogs from allergic visitors or nervous tiny tots. Extendable dog gates can fit the width of any single doorway. They're available in taller heights too, to suit bigger breeds. If you keep their dog bed in the same room, they'll soon settle down for a nap while you're busy.
Alternatively, pet pens or cages give them a space within the room that they can call their own. Leaving the cage open gives them the freedom to come and go. Or you can close the door to keep them safe in one place. Dog kennels keep your dog warm and sheltered outside.
Cages can also be used to safely transport your pet when travelling by car. On longer journeys a dog car seat lets them to ride in comfort on the back seat. The car safety belt attaches to the carrier, keeping it securely in place. Washable covers can protect seat upholstery from muddy paw prints and fur. Add a dog seat belt harness to their dog collar to keep them out of harm's way.
