Then, once you’ve finished and it’s all cooled down, protect it against the worst of the weather with a BBQ cover. If you’re looking for an authentic barbecue taste, cook with a traditional BBQ and charcoal, or why not think about a chiminea – it’s an attractive alternative that also throws out heat on a chilly summer’s evening.
