Overseas travel and quarantine costs are subject to full compliance with the PETS Travel Scheme.
To receive the 12 months or per year cover, you must keep your payment up to date and you will need to renew your policy each year.
As with all insurances there are some exclusions, including:
- The minimum excess of £65 of any claim for vets' fees or £100 for accidental damage and 3rd party liability claims
- Illnesses that first show clinical signs within the first 10 days of cover
- Injury or death as the result of an accident that occurs within the first 48 hours of cover
- #Death from illness does not apply to dogs 9 years and older
- Routine examinations and preventative treatments
- Anything to do with your pet's medical history before cover started
- Dental treatment other than as a result of an accident
