Whether you're buying a big TV or the latest PC, a video recorder or a dishwasher - it can pay to take out Breakdown Care.
When your product breaks down it doesn't just mean expensive repairs bills - it's a big headache too. But with our Breakdown Care you can relax. We'll fix the problem quickly and the repair will either be carried out at your home by a qualified engineer, or we'll arrange for a courier to collect the item from you. Generally, we pay the repairers for parts and labour, so you have no bills to pay.
We offer plans for up to 3, 4 or 5 years, depending on the item's manufacturer's guarantee. We will tell you what plan is available when you buy an item from us either in-store, over the phone or online. Your product will also be covered for damage caused by accident for the full term of the plan. Breakdown Care can be taken out when you purchase your item in store, over the phone or online, but you also have up to 45 days in which to purchase it, just return to store with your item's till receipt.

Example
If you buy a TV which has a two year manufacturer's guarantee, you can then buy a 4 year Breakdown Care policy, which will provide care against mechanical breakdown and failure for a further two years on top of the manufacturer's two year guarantee.

Taking out Replacement Product Care
Replacement product care can be brought on products purchased online and in store within 45 days of purchasing the product you wish to cover providing the product is still in good working order. If you are purchasing Replacement product care in-store at a later date (within 45 days of purchasing the product) you will need to bring the item and the receipt(s) back into store.
