What happens if my computer doesn’t work?

In the first instance, please call the relevant technical helpline detailed above. Technical experts are available to take your call and can help resolve many issues over the phone, including:

  • Simple help and advice on setting up your computer
  • Technical issues you may need assistance with.

If we cannot resolve your issue over the phone, the technical experts will advise you what to do next. If a repair is required, they will arrange for your computer to be collected free of charge from your home, work or any address in the UK, at your convenience. This does not affect your statutory rights.

What about my data?

To keep your pictures, movies, music and documents safe, it is strongly recommended that you keep a backup copy of your data and regularly run anti-virus software. If at any point your computer requires a repair, everything will be done to ensure your files are safe. However where this is not possible, backing up your data will ensure that nothing is lost.
