When purchasing a stairlift, it is most important
to check that it will fit the staircase it is to be used on. Follow the
guide below to ensure it will.
- Is your staircase straight, without any bends?
- Is the minimum width of the staircase greater than 68cm?
- Is there a clear space at the bottom of the stairs greater than 4m?
If the answer to all of these questions is yes, we should be able to install a stairlift in your property.
When you have ordered your stairlift, a fully trained surveyor will visit you to complete the detailed assessment and confirm suitability. We will then arrange a professional installation by our specialist team.
