Return to store
If you collected your product in store or had a small item home delivered, you can simply take it to one of our stores to return it with your proof of purchase (this can be your store receipt, confirmation email or order number). Please note: We class small items as anything small enough to be delivered by a single person, from light bulbs to TV's.
Arrange a collection
For small home delivery items, you also have the option of arranging a collection if it's more convenient for you. And larger home delivery items (such as furniture) need to be collected by us – to arrange a free exchange or collection please call us on 0345 640 2020 with your order details to hand.

Sorry, but there are a few items we can't accept returns on such as large kitchen appliances, food products and some jewellery items - unless of course these are faulty, or otherwise don't conform to the contract. These are identified in the catalogue or at argos.co.uk, if in doubt, give us a ring or pop into store and speak to a member of staff. Naturally none of this affects your consumer rights, see below/our full terms and conditions for more details.
For "home delivery only" products, please call 0345 640 2020 and we can arrange a free of charge exchange or collection (please don't try to carry a sofa into your local store.

If your product(s) have qualified for a free Argos voucher/Argos giftcard and you return them under our 30 day money back guarantee, the free Argos voucher/Argos gift card must be returned. If the qualifying products aren't returned then the Argos voucher/Argos Giftcard amount will be deducted from the money refunded.
Our 30 day money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, in particular any right you have to return the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.
