"I bought these to strengthen my knee after experiencing some pain. The fit is very comfortable and I leave them under my desk at night and just put them on when I get to work. People don't notice that I'm wearing them under my jeans (I don't wear skinny jeans!). Would definitely recommend.."

OK for light excersice, anything else, forget it

"Yeah, they're OK, comfortable enough, the problem is, they're too heavy for the velcro fastening, so, if you're kicking you're legs about, they're at risk of flying off.
They could really do with either more velcro, or a strap, otherwise, they're fine enough. You could jog in them."
