Poor quality
Pretty poor. Will be returning it as it was faulty. Quality seems poor and I just don’t trust it.

Excellent little Voltage Adaptor.
I bought the "Masterplug Voltage Adaptor" to power my Skywatcher Telescope's tracking motor (to save me having to recharge batteries all the time. It works perfectly! Straight out of the box! It has a good clear instruction book, a selection of adaptors to fit various motor control systems. It also has a good range of voltage choices - all clearly marked. My only critiscism is the the two pin adapter plugs (which plug into the main lead from the voltage adaptor are not ver clearly marked with regard to indicating how to choose between postive and negative central connections pin. This part is black plastic and the + and - marks are in black - which is difficult to see even in bright daylight. THIS PART IS IMPORTANT! As you may know, if the polarity is connected wrongly and the unit is switched on you will very likely irrepairably damage the application you are connecting the Voltage regulator to. INSTRUCTIONS ARE GIVEN IN THE INSTRUCTION BOOK, SO DO READ THE INSTRUCTION BOOK BEFORE CONNECTING THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR TO ANY EQUIPEMENT!! Other than this small (but vitally important) issue, I would thoroughly recommend the Voltage Regulator (from Argos) as the perfect solution to save one using battereis all the time.

Avoid at all costs
Do not buy this item it is the cheapest plug you will ever find. I got this opened the box in the car moved the switch to test it and it broke in my hands. Poorly made and low quality product I didn’t replace as I was concerned about the quality so I would avoid at all costs :)

Great features
I bought this for a dab radio from a charity shop which didn't have an adapter. Works well and will save on batteries. Very useful to have different voltage and adapters so will be able to use on other things if needed.

Hi Anxrewhez, thank you for your enquiry.
The internet says this monitor requires a 3 x 1.1mm plug and 19V output at 3.42A.
None of these requirements fall within the scope of this multi-voltage adaptor, so the monitor is _not_ suitable for use with it.
Hope this helps and thank you for your purchase.
Hi Shaz, thank you for your enquiry.
That will depend on the power requirements of the Nintendo product in question.
The adaptor can output 3V, 4.5V, 5V = 1200 mA (max load of device to be powered) 6V, 9V = 1000 mA (max load of device to be powered) 12V = 900 mA (max load of device to be powered).
Hope this helps and thank you for your purchase.
Hi Dee, thank you for your enquiry.
This adaptor is designed to create a stable low DC output voltage from a standard UK mains AC input, with the output voltage selectable between several pre-set options via a slider on the lower part of the outer face (as seen in the main image on this listing).
Hope this helps and thank you for your purchase.
Hello Hayley,
I can advise the following for the Masterplug Voltage Adapter,
It is suitable as long as the output of your router does not exceed the maximum output for the relevant voltage given,
3V, 4.5V, 5V = 1200 mA (max load of device to be powered) 6V, 9V = 1000 mA (max load of device to be powered) 12V = 900 mA (max load of device to be powered).
Thanks for using Q&A
Hi Dan, thank you for your enquiry.
This Masterplug Voltage Adaptor is suitable for devices that have the following power requirements:-
3V, 4.5V, 5V = 1200 mA (max load of device to be powered) 6V, 9V = 1000 mA (max load of device to be powered) 12V = 900 mA (max load of device to be powered).
Information online indicates that the mentioned laptop requires 19V at 2.37A (so over 50% higher voltage and nearly 100% higher current than this voltage adaptor is designed to provide).
Hope this helps and thank you for your purchase.
Hi Dan, thank you for your enquiry.
Our technical information for the MVA1200 (our model code for this adaptor) has:-
Cable length:- 1.75m.
Hope this helps and thank you for your purchase.
Hi Nags head, thank you for your enquiry.
We are not familiar with these devices, and the internet doesn't show clearly what the power consumption is, so you would need to check that on the provided power supply or in the manual which came with it.
Hope this helps and thank you for your purchase.
Hi Sky, thank you for your enquiry.
Therefore the telescope's 750mA requirement at 12V DC falls within these capabilities.
Hope this helps and thank you for your purchase.
Hi billy, thank you for your enquiry.
If you mean as a replacement for a 45 Watt laptop charger then absolutely not, this Multi-Voltage Adaptor has a maximum output of 10.8W.
Hope this helps and thank you for your purchase.
