"Whilst your Customer Services acknowledged the fact that these are the WRONG Batteries offered with the product, reddmango angora MR118 Digital Audio Player, if not noticed when collecting, a present would be very disappointing where the batteries are signifcantly not for the prodcut offered rendering it useless on the birthday, when depending on your accuracy having booked online! They should be AAA Batteries!"
