"Bought this for my 2 year old niece and she plays with it every day for most of the day! Her older sisters of 6 and 8 join in too.
The boot is attractive and well built and sturdy enough to withstand 3 or 4 kids all trying to play at once.
The tongue of the boot falls down to become a chute, it would be an even better toy if there was a lift for the wee dollies to travel up to the top floor, however my niece has no complaints!"

"I reserved and collected this item from my local store as a xmas gift my my niece which went down very well, she loved it! I chose this playset as it reminded me of a similar boot playhouse toy of when I was little. The Happyland boot is of nice quality. I have read reviews where the door keeps falling off and needs reattaching on this product, but so far have not had a problem. The doorbell and lights are also a nice feature and the colouring is lovely. Overall I am very happy with my purchase."
