Great value Really pleased, easy to use and does the job really well 22 May 2013

Could be good The gas cylinder itself is ok but the balloons that come with it are pretty hopeless. There is a high percentage of balloon failures, like holes in the balloons and supposedly one way valves that instantly start to deflate and some only manage about 10 minutes aloft. Had we not bought lots of additional balloons we would have had some very disappointed littlies.. I would like to see Argos supply a gas only cannister so you can buy your own balloons anyway. Otherwise it is difficult to compare prices. If you can afford it my advice would be to order in advance from a specialist gas supplier and pay the refundable deposit. While you can dispose of the empty cylinder at your local recycling centre it is still very environmentally unsound to waste so much metal. This may not mean anything to you but really it should. This is what I would do if I were doing it again. 15 May 2013

Not value for money I have had other helium cylinders which are cheaper but go a lot further. This just about blew up 8 small foil balloons and 1 large plus 5 medium latex balloons. Very expensive. 27 March 2013

Not the best helium product Good for an immediate need for helium for a party though only really has enough helium in to float about twenty balloons... they were falling off the ceiling within hours too. Also - I am now stuck with a gas cannister that I don't know what to do about! 26 February 2013
