"It is rubbish.. I rarely write a review but it is so bad I did not want anybody to buy one..
When you put a message on you have to speak for over 10 secs WHY? ...Everytime the phone rings the message button flashes even if you answer before it goes into answerphone.. I had a old Philips Fax/Ans machine this is why I bought this one.. Also the paper does not feed very well when a fax is coming in, so usually you have to stand there and feed each paper so it does not block"

"boght this to replace an inkjet fax that had lasted years, the thermal ink does not last very long and is expensive to replace, so for that reason i would not recommend it to a friend"
