"I needed a fax facility (as e-mail doesn't meet every business need) and this device provides exactly what I need, it is straightforward to use and the print quality is very good for copying documents or getting fax transmission reports.
The machine itself is a nice compact size and has some good telephone features such as caller display, missed calls and messages.
A good all-round buy."

"Does what is says, easy set up, cartridge change simple, should last 90 pages.
Liked: quiet operation once you turn down sound receipts, standard fax features good.

Dislikes: fax transmission receipts, waste of paper and time for me. Now managed to turned them off also.
Cannot stop fax transmission coming in without manual receiving. ie; press stop during receipt of unwanted fax, stores to memory and prints anyway.
Manual receives does not allow who sender is so rubbish fax comes in anyway."
