"Having already owned a few Epson printers I knew it was a brand I could trust, that's why when my current printer came to the end of it's serviceable life I decided to replace it with another Epson but this time an all in one. Setting up the printer was a breeze, plugged in to the mains and connected via my wireless network without a problem. I really like the fact that this printer has it's own e-mail address, I can now send documents to my printer and they are waiting for me when I get home. How does it do that??? The flat bed copier produces copies that are indistinguishable from the original, the only thing missing is the creases!! All in all I am very pleased with this printer and good to see Epson are still making quality printers at an affordable price."

"This printer does the job but I feel like i could have made a better choice.found the printing a little slow but it had a decent finish, not really that noisy, and the scanning works pretty well.
had a few issues with setup as I use a laptop with no disk drive and it was a little frustrating trying to download the right software from the Epson website, also as I downloaded it there was no instructions for how to set it up coz the disk is suppose to tell you how to do it but the download had no walk through.
Got this in sale so I'm happy with the price I got it for what what it does"

"I have not used all the machines capabilities, but so far, I am delighted with what it does. Easy to install without the hoo-ha of wires all over the place, and the printing is first class. I appreciate the control panel and LCD screen with its easy to follow drills. Cosmetically, the SX445W looks handsome next to my desk!"

"This is a decent quality machine for the asking price. Print quality on plain paper is very good but, as with most printers using pigment based inks these days, quality on photo paper varies wildly depending on the paper. On the right paper however they do look terrific. It operates very quietly for an inkjet but by the same rule it's also excruciatingly slow for photos. All in all it's a good printer that justifies its asking price but not one that'll set the world alight."
