"bought this game as my daughter does mma so thought it would be ideal for her, which it is. more than a good workout, i have since started doing them myself and was suprised how hard some of the workouts were! but im starting to see good results from a few weeks on the program. very happy with it"

"This worked well for me you do need to be fit and it is a good workout you can start slowly and work up to it. I would recommend this for anyone that is interested in UFC without getting hurt or wanting to be fighting fit."
