"Bought for my grand-son who is going thro' a "space phase" and he absolutely loves it. Seems to take any amount of starting and stopping (remote in the hand of a 3 year old) and the battery life is acceptable. Has the advantage of switching itself off when he falls asleep.
Booklet that comes with it gives names and explanation for each of the vehicles, which was handy as his enquiring mind needed to know and I didnt have a clue.
Any concerns about putting holes in the ceiling ( fixings include) a couple of dabs of "no nails" on the base plate did the job for me."
