"My husband is blind and uses mp3 players to listen to podcasts and audio books which I download for him. Obviously, the current trend to mp4 and ever more complicated buttons does not suit our purpose. This player is simple to use. It took little time to learn his way around it. The only drawback I would say is if he wants to skip from one file to another when there are many other files in between . He has a large amount on the player and it can be laborious skipping through a long list if I am not around to do it the quick way via the menu. However, that will be an issue for him whichever player he has. He is very satisfied with this player. Small, but not fiddly, easy, robust. He has had one player since they were new out - 2 1/2 years?? It is getting rather battered, but has survived his less than gentle use, several hours per day, every day. It is on its way out, hence our purchase of a new one."

"I bought this as a present for my husband but despite having a new laptop with windows 7 we couldn't get it to download onto the mp3 player. Thought it was faulty so took it back and exchanged it but the same thing happened again so got a refund and going to buy a different make next time."
