"This slow cooker is better than my previous try,as that one 'spat' badly. Although quite expensive, this one does not 'spit', or bubble from the lid. The item is quite heavy. Food was tender."

"Just bought my first ever slow cooker and it's been the best thing that I've bought in a while. I normally would get home late after a long day at work and have to grab a take-out now I can put it all in the pot and come home to a delicious ,healthy meal!"

"We paid a premium price for this as the Q&A section on Argos maentioned that meat could be sauted in the crock-pot before finishing in the slow cooker. Unfortunately the saute facility is not possible if you have an induction hob, even using the diffuser plate.
Crock-pot was returned for a less expensive alternative...Russell Hobbs, with similar heat control and timer facility, but £15 cheaper."

"Really like this slow cooker cooks the meat beautifully on low. Like the size of it and it is very easy to clean. Would definatly recommend it."
