"bought my 3 yr old granddaughter who thought it was lovely she loved the accessories with the doll

"Even though it says not suitable for children under three, my 2 and a half year old grand daughter loved this doll. And her name is Sophie! I understand the need for the age warning - is there really any need to include a fake doctor's syringe?"

"I bought this doll as I thought you would be able to hear the heartbeat with the stethescope and hear her cough when you examine her throat as advertised. She does none of these things!
