"As mentioned by other people, this CAN NOT be used to only hold DVDs. The pre drilled holes mean you are left with 2 spaces that only cds can fit in. I had to redrill all the holes to evenly space out the shelves, and was able to convert it to hold only dvds, so no idea why they haven't put more care into the shelf locations themselves, as it can be made to hold 8 shelves of dvds."
