"This steam iron is efficient and a pleasure to use. Unfortunately it is heavier than my previous steam iron so creates a little more arm and back strain. The ceramic soleplate and self-cleaning features are welcome."

"Bought this iron after my previous one died. Chose this particular iron because it had a very good review. Unlike some comments, I do not find it too heavy. It irons out any crease effortlessly, which is great. The only down side are that the cord has nothing to catch it on, so the cord keep falling off once you have finished using the iron. And the little flap where you put the water does not close properly. But overall a good purchase."

"Water just pours out from the bottom, from the sides, from wherever it can. This is when it is at the correct heat/steam setting,heated up as stated to correct temperature with the steam setting on dry which you then increase to desired setting, then you put the iron horizontal to iron, then the water pours out soaking the garment, the floor,the ironing board. Taking it back tomorrow."

"Overall, a good quality Iron, good weight, good functions and lovely ceramic sole plate, ease of use, good value for the money, the lead could be a bit longer though, but thats the only bad point. Very satisfied."
