"item did not work well at all. the camera kept freezing, one minute it would okay the next minute it wouldn't. i took it back for a refund with no ploblem"

"I bought this product because I believed Philips to be a quality brand. I have other Philips products and have had no problems with them. On using the web-cam I found that it kept freezing and to get it back on line I had to re-boot the computer. Not the best technological product I've ever bought"

Camera OK but problems with Driver

"Camera worked ok but had to download a third party web cam (Manycam) program to get the camera to work with Facebook/Skype as Phillips Windows 7 driver doesn't work with them."

"works great with skype. very helpfull built-in microphone, as my laptop disnt have one. no need for using wired headset anymore! plug & play, out of box and ready to work."
