"The photo frame was disappointing, it looked quite cheap. The boxes that came with the frame were really good, making the overall purchase better."

Cheap looking

"I attended my friends son's christening and was asked to get as a present a 1st tooth/1st curl holder etc. I bought this item thinking I had cracked it until I opened it. I was so disappointed, the quality of the picture frame was ok but the other items were rubbish.....they looked so cheap. It was too late to change it so I had to give it anyway, I could tell my friend wasn't very impressed either. Whatever happen to the beautiful silver one you used to sell? I bought that one for my niece's daughter 15 months ago and she still shows it to everyone who comes to her house, she was that pleased with it, shame I don't feel the same about this one......"
