"Found this shredder a bit scary at first because there isn't a start button as such, it starts shredding as soon as the paper goes in. Getting used to it and really for my wee office it is fine."

"I know you get what you pay for but this shredder was not fit for any purpose. Spent more time unclogging it than actually shredding. Paper didn't feed through straight so even a single page was a problem. Took it straight back and bought a more expensive one, this one does what it says on the box"

"I found that it woould keepo getting jammed even feeding through just 1 or 2 sheets of paper. I was fed up of constantly unblocking the unit. I then realised the way to avoid this is after you have let your paper go through, pick up the unit and make sure all the paper shreds fall in to the bin. This avoids the paper blockages!"
