"This is not the first piece of exercise equipment I have bought, but unlike other items, I actually use this! Firstly, it is so easy to store, I just stand it up in the corner of the room and it takes up hardly any space. Secondly, it takes about half an hour to do the full body workout (which is mainly what I have done), which means its quick to do and not difficult to grasp once you have done it a couple of times. I personally love the guy on the workout, he may well annoy others but not me! There is a real-time counter so its so easy to follow for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels (you just do the particular exercise for longer). Once it gets a bit easy you can wrap the bar up and increase the tension and difficulty. I certainly feel I have worked pretty hard and the heart rate is flying! I don't think it's a cardio workout but static moves concentrating on specific muscles. Even my five year old joins in (without the bar) and she really enjoys it! Would definitely recommend!"
