good for a price i guess

"1) have used it just about 4-5 times, can not say much, - not broken yet.
2) if I could travel to the past I would buy it again.
3) I had similar one before and in comparison to it, this one doesnt make a noise when you exercise. and it seats steady, doesnt move or shake anywhere or anyhow. maybe just lucky or coz its new.
4) doesnt feel sturdy but not broken yet and makes no noise.. so nothing to worry about i hope.
5) can regulate the distance a bit between your knees and the ground and between the top and bottom soft rolls.
6) if you touch the rolls (soft bars) they are very soft and comfy but when you do sit ups you may feel the bar under the knees.. doesnt bother me at all, plus it may be more a problem of adjusting the right distance between the top and bottom soft bars.. but it is very light, too light to be bothered for me.
7) my weight is around 67kgs if it helps.
it has everything i need and it was the cheapest price ( i didnt want to buy an adjustable one where you can also seat and do dumbells because in my opinion the more pieces bench has the more it shakes and more noise it makes, which i dont like)."

"Purchased after careful comparison to other brands. The only real requirement was for a sit up bench suitable for light/moderate use.
Easy to assemble, however with only an allen key provided you will need a small spanner to tighten the lock nut. When not in use the bench can be folded and stored out of the way, taking up no more room than an ironing board."

"Very disappointed - the padded parts that you hook your legs under are too narrow making it very uncomfortable to use and I would say I'm average height and build."

Gain but Pain!

"This is a basic low quality bench that can't be adjusted as much as the dearer ones. I had problems getting into a position where my legs and feet were comfortable, and so when doing sit-ups my lower back was under too much pressure. If you are tall or heavy then this won't last very long at all, as the build quality of the padded bench area is terrible. Spend a bit more and avoid this one, unless you like pain!"
