"good quality and adjustable with a velcro strap, I took them out for a short run yesterday and they were pretty comfortable and a good weight to not make things too difficult if you are used to running regularly. Definaitely feeling an ache in my legs today that I dont usually get for a longer unweighted run! They do move around a little bit (very slightly depending on how tight you have them) but its a weight on your anckle so what do you expect. they also have a bit of plastic where the strap loops through thet you have to position so it doesnt get in the way of your foot as you stride but they are much better than I thought they might be. Would recommned them"
