"I was worried that my door frame wouldn't be able to handle the weight because it's quite weak but it has been absolutely fine.
Assembling the pieces together was easy enough.
I use it for sit ups and chin ups. The bar doesn't hang very low so I can walk straight through the door without having to duck. (I'm 5'6")"

Exactly what I was looking for

"After spending quite a while looking at different models of chinning bar I finally decided to give this one a try. I am very happy with this product and it does the job perfectly.
It doesn't require drilling or any brackets fixed to the door frame and it fits on a variety of different frames, including ones with glass above the door, and can be fitted in seconds. When finished it is easily removed without leaving marks or damage to the door frame (although it is worth checking that your frames are sturdy before fitting).
During use it feels sturdy without feeling like it could collapse at any moment, and it also has a variety of hand positions to vary your workout. I mainly got this product to do the pull ups, but I have tried the other exercises included in the leaflet and it works as described. It is also very light and small enough to store under the bed.
The only minor negative is that the tools provided to put it together aren't very good and I would definitely recommend using your own screwdriver, but this is a minor point and in general it was easy to assemble."

"I purchased this chin up bar to tone up my upper body. The build quality is good and the rubber grips do well to protect the woodwork around the door. Having said that, there are very minor scratches on the frame, but nothing compared to the damage I've seen from comparable products. The maximum weight limit wasn't well advertised in my opinion. If you're heavier than 75-80Kgs, I'd choose a different model. Recommended to a few friends and family members, one of which has already purchased it and is very pleased with it."

"I use this for the pull ups rather than the other exercises. At home I don't have a gym or beams to pull up on so if your like me and have a family who like the house free of 'mess' then this is perfect. It hides away when youre not using it and easy to assemble.
