"The instructions would be as well not being there, but my husband managed to build it without too much difficulty. It appears to b really solid and hard wearing, our 5&8 year olds love it"

poor instructions, inadequate machining of parts.

"What appeared a good solid product initially was hampered by poor instructions and a definitive lack of guidance regarding assembly.
The final metal poles needed to be re drilled to accommodate the final bolt supports.
Yes, the correct parts were used at each stage of the assembly but poor manufacturing meant the assembling process took 3 hours.

"It was difficult to fix the basketball system and the screws provided were not strong enough. Had to buy some screws from B&Q to fix the unit."

"well putting this product together was a nightmare. It was tricky and the screws provided didnt fit so lucky we had some of our own which we were able to use. Once the product was assembled the base needed to be filled. The hole is fine for water but if filling with sand (as we did and as they recommend) the hole is not large enough and took us ages. Having said all that the product is brillant and me son has played for hours with it and it withstands his very rough play."
