"I ordered this lampshade online, where it was stated the colour was natural, and clearly looked a pale cream, but unfortunately when I picked it up instore, the colour stated on the box was taupe, and was a very dark colour, nothing like shown online."

"This could have been a very nice item but sadly I had to return it because of the poor quality.
The joins were already coming apart and small areas of the suede fabric were missing thus showing the white under fabric.
Very disappointing."
