G-Shock by Casio Men's Black Wave Ceptor Watch. 4.8 5 21 22
Very accurate. Due to the regular automatic updates from the Atomic Clock signal from Cumbria, this watch is basically always correct to the second! The solar charging works well. It's nice chunky looks unfortunately are a muck and oil trap so don't wear it if you are, say, a mechanic or something similar. The watch will certainly survive with no problems but will look very grubby, very quickly and require more scrubbing than your hands. It's a nice looker if you take care! 08 April 2014
G-Shock Wave Ceptor Watch This is the second watch of this type I have bought. There are several improvements over the previous watch. The face is a lot easier to read, it is nice to have the date and day of the week on display at the same time. This is an excellent product that does everything that the manufacturer says it will. 09 January 2014
Present Bought this as a present and the recipient loves it. 09 January 2014
Not worth the money To be honest I never got to wear the watch as the strap was too small for my wrist. This watch a birthday present from my wife and she thought it would be nice I already had an old Casio watch but the wrist strap was at least 3 holes smaller than my old watch and "just" went round my wrist. It looked good and being solar would not require batteries changing. A watch for a thin wristed youth, not an older person. 12 April 2013
Excellent product I highly recommended this watch, especially because is solar wave and is waterproof. 10 April 2013

Other G-shock watches seem to be 17mm thick by about 53mm, is this the same?

Answer:
This is quite a chunky watch and might not be suitable for a lady. I wear my watch every day, when diving, playing golf and for umpiring hockey. I do admit to having a dress watch for formal occasions. The actual dimensions are as follows: The display is 26mm in diameter, case 46mm at the widest point and thickness 16mm.

Answer:
Hello, thank you for your question.

Having looked into your query, I can confirm the Casio Men's G-Shock Tough Solar Wave Ceptor Watch receives a time calibration signal and updates its time setting accordingly. The watch is designed to pick up the time calibration signals transmitted in Germany (Mainflingen), England (Anthorn), the U.S (Fort Collins), China (Shangqiu) and Japan (Fukushima, Fukuoka/Saga).

Thank you for using Argos Q&A.

Answer:
Hi, thank you for your question.

I have looked into your query and I have spoken with the manufacturer, they have confirmed that the Casio G-Shock Men's Wave Ceptor Digital Watch watch will not pick up signal in Egypt or Israel therefore, you may have to regularly readjust the time as it won?t automatically do this without picking up a signal.

Thank you for using Argos Q&A.
