Best and least expesive fitness aid on market Have used "Jump ropes" for years, and have used many different types. This is the first time I have used weighted ropes. Definately works other areas, my only minor complaint is the rope/plastic, I would like a slightly heavier material to be used, but thats just personal preference. 30 January 2013
