"These weights offer a good deal of flexibility with regard to varying the weight in each one.
They feel well made, and will probably last for years.
The velcro makes them adjustable to fit just about any ankle.

On the downside, they seem to have been built to last at the expense of comfort. The materials are quite rough and unforgiving on the ankles. I have taken to wearing them over hiking socks, to avoid scratches!"
