"The ankle weights are as good as I hoped and will probably last a long time. Not a problem, but the info with them tells me about using them mainly on the wrists! Beware if you have very fat ankles because these might not be long enough to wrap around them."

"They do what they say but they do not cater for people with bigger ankles. Instruction only comes for wrists NOT ankles and I bought them as Ankle weights.- they are also advertised as Ankle weights."
