"I have this product for a week now and it does exactly what it says on the box. Harder the excercise then you will lost more inches.... I half lost 1/2 an inch in a week....."

"Not the easiest thing to get on, tiight around the legs and they make a horrible noise as soon as you start moving...Very disappointed!"

"I was bought these shorts to use while working out to my zumba class's, they are alot better than I ever thought they would be and if you want sweat to a workout they will certainly help you loose that excess water"

"Well lets be honest.
If you are expecting it to make you loose weight,it will NOT.
It will help reduce celulite,and sweat more during exercise and gives you a nice smooth skin.
But if you dont follow a calorie controled diet and intense exercise do not expect it to make you slimmer by itself.
It is good thought for exercise as it makes your hips sweat.
The waist is way to large though comparing to the thighs making it a bit too big and not very comfy."
