"Was a bit dubious but thought I'd give it a go and I love it. It's not a quick fix, you need to exercise and eat a healthy diet but it makes you feel good and spurs you on to do more."

"I have this product for a week now and it does exactly what it says on the box. Harder the excercise then you will lost more inches.... I half lost 1/2 an inch in a week....."

"I was bought these shorts to use while working out to my zumba class's, they are alot better than I ever thought they would be and if you want sweat to a workout they will certainly help you loose that excess water"
