"I bought this to replace a sit up bench that I found uncomfartable to use. This device is all you need to do sits from the horizontal position. It is well made and is very good value."

"Purchased the sit up bar and it does what it says on the tin - soon have a six pack I hope! The folding feature is particularly useful as the door I have attached it to still opens and closes fully with the bar attached. I like the foam padding on the clamp arrangement as it allows a very secure fit without risking damage to painted surfaces.

Does what is says on the tin

"As the title suggests. fits to the door in seconds, and holds firm without crushing the woodwork. folds up against the door so your not tripping over it or smashing your toes into it on your way in and out. only down side was it was a bit fiddly to get used to. i have size 11 feet and it was a pain in locking my feet against it without it moving up on my feet. but you just haved to get in the right position and lock your legs and feet off. other than that. its great"
