"I purchased this for my first foray in to the kettlebell craze and love it!
My only issue is the size of it as I have fairly small hands. One of the exercises I do require you to hold it by the ball area and I find that difficult.
Other than that it's a great starter and I would recommend it to anyone.
Check that 8kg is good for you before you start, if in doubt go lower in size and work your way up."
