"Setting up was extremely difficult. This was anticipated in the instructions where a glitch was recognised and there were details of a 'work around' on how to set it up manually. However I found this difficult and had to ring both my ISP and Netgear to set me in the right direction. Eventually I managed to make it work and it is fine now. The aerial is fixed, unfortunately, so a directional antenna cannot be fitted."
